Problem with SetProfitTarget

I'm having an issue with SetProfitTarget where it cancels itself and the supporting stop order when I try to change the target price.

I'm using TraceOrders = true; to see the order activity.

As I acquire more contracts the Target and Stop orders are amended without a problem.

As soon as I reach a target and I change the Target price the process fails. I've attached output to show the different behaviors.

I've tried initializing the first SetProfitTarget and SetStopLoss both in OnStateChange and a routine the fires once in OnBarUpdate.

Any insight in to solving this is appreciated.
