Put standard studies in their own folder/namespace

Definitely not required, but this is my obsessive compulsive need for neatness. It would be nice if you put all the readonly standard indicators, etc into their own ninjascript editor folder/namespace. It would make it less cluttered.

I am using Windows 10 on my Dev Box and believe there are issues with using the "Virtual Folders" to store Custom content. I eventually went back and put all my Indicators and Strategies in the main folder.

I agree with GrumpyTrader, put all the NT standard content in other folders.
