Clean up Tick Replay

The Tick Replay utilization is unnecessary complex.

The recommendation is this:

-Delete Options/Market Data/Show Tick Replay menu
-Delete Bars series/Tick Replay menu
-The NinjaScript could request Tick Replay by setting the IsTickReplays to true from the script.

Thanks for your feedback. This was actually an intentional design as we did not want users unfamiliar with this feature to enable this feature unknowingly and degrade their performance unnecessarily. We also felt that the ability to enable tick reply should be left to the discretion of the end user, and not the developers.

I'll be sure to pass your thoughts along to the rest of the product management team involved with this design decision.
