TD Connection doubling positions

TD Connection doubling positions

It seems occasionally the TD connection will double up on the positions in the account. Specifically I will see in the Positions Tab of the Control Center 2 positions when there should only be one. Seems to be specific to the TD connection as my IB connection has never done that.

To correct it, I have to restart NT8 and reconnect.

Hi GrumpyTrader,

Can you send me the trace files from the last day that this occurred? You can locate those trace files in the (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 8\trace folder, just zip up any files labeled with the correct date and send them to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with the text "ATTN: Alex". Also, if you happen to know an approximate time that this last occurred, that would be very useful.
