How do I get TD Ameritrade/TOS Data for NT8

Hello,
To receive data with NinjaTrader 8 from TD Ameritrade you will need to create a connection to TD Ameritrade and connect to it.

TD Ameritrade is not one of the available connections when I try to configure.
