Is there a way that I can hide the listing of all of the indicators and their respective parameters that appears at the top of each chart?

Right click on your chart > Indicators > Select an indicator from the lower-left pane > Locate the 'Label' property in the settings on the right and erase it's content > Repeat these steps for all indicators > OK.
There is no way to remove all labels at once. This is an excellent feature request and I will submit it to the Product Management
