Workspaces Tab in NT8

How do you open an existing workspace? Workspaces tab does not seem to include an "Open Workspace..." option.

Under the workspace menu item, hover the cursor over each named workspace and the options are you the right.
Open, save, save as, close, delete

I guess I need to get used to the entire list of workspaces displayed under the Tab including those that are already open. Difficult to know which ones are open unless one notices the folder symbol to the left edge.

I'm already used to it and like it.
I just wonder what will happen when I have 50 or more.
Will it scroll at some point?
