Ruler Tool. Minor bug.

Hello.
If you draw a ruler and then you move it to other bars, the text is not updated. (To update the text, you must resize the ruler).

This is the intended behavior of the Ruler Tool, if I'm reading you correctly. The "Time" and "Num Bars" values show the length of the object on the X axis, and the "Y Value" value shows the height of the object on the Y axis. Moving the entire object will not change its length or height, so it would be expected for the values not to update.

yes, but this only works well with time bars.
In non-time bars (Range, Renko, etc.) the "Time" value is not constant between bars. If you move the ruler tool, the "Time" value should be updated.

Ah yes, that is a very good point. I'm going to send in a report about this to see if we can do anything to change the implementation so that the Time value updates automatically when the object is moved without altering it. (NTEIGHT-9120)

It is solved. I wrote a custom drawing tool and override the MouseMove method to update the texts.

I'm happy to report that we've resolved this issue in our internal builds, and you should see the fix applied in the Beta 8 release.
