I suspect other days might lock up with open positions, the only thing about this day is it was a shortened day (1pm close) because of holiday (Labor Day)....
The playback controller stops before 5 pm, exitonsessionclose is never run. I am playing back at 1000x. I even tested with downloaded Market Replay data from the server to make sure it was not my recorded data from NT7.
When attaching this strategy to the chart - it works as expected.

When attaching this strategy to BOTH the chart and Strategy Tab at the same time - some gives up in Playback. The controller/charts stop playing back. You can slow the controller down and it will play back at 1 second intervals under
