Setting Attach to "all charts" as default is not set on new Horz Line

If I draw a horizontal line, set it to "Attach to 'all charts'", save it as default, then draw a new horizontal line, the new line is not set to "attach to all charts".

Further, I don't think this setting is saved to the workspace upon reload either.

This was possible in NT7.

They may be true for other drawing objects, but I mainly found it on the horizontal line.
