Range bars data missing

Noticing this in both ES TF CL after regular trading hours. After restarting 8 there is a multi hour gap in range bar data. See attached - 8 chart on the left, and 7 chart on the right, and it's obvious that 7 is showing more data. On the 8 chart, one bar is timestamped 18:37 and the next bar is timestamped 23:39 - 5 hour gap.

If you pull up a minute chart, all the bars are there, no gaps.

I am not able to reproduce it on my end. Does it load the same data if you right click in the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'?

It's been off and on for me. Noticed a couple of weeks ago, then did a version update and I thought it went away. I turned off the platform right after I posted last night, and when I started it this morning, the charts loaded properly. So right now I can't duplicate it either. When it does happen, reloading historical data does not correct the chart.

Do you notice any consistency between the occurrences? I will need to find a reproducible scenario to further troubleshoot. If the issue recurs again, please check for any similarities with previous occurrences and let me know.

When I try two new charts today, data is still loaded the same.
