Anyone can explain how in world to display a price on a Horizontal line? Even MT4 has this by default.. I can't find how.

Unfortunately this is not supported by default for Horizontal Lines. There is no setting that will display a price. You can use the Text drawing object to plot a price in the chart. It will remain fixed in the X/Y location it is applied.
We have the ConstantLines indicator which will plot a price marker on the price axis. It is present by default in the Indicator menu. You could also create a custom drawing tool that will display prices for the line you draw.
