can't move chart up on the price bar... NOT a critical issue

Hi there,

recreate:
1/ press ctrl
2/ move mouse pointer over the price bar
3/ left click and try to move chart up -> can't

I can move it down but not up. I can move the chart up only if I do the same steps over the chart.

Also, I like the NT 7 presentation when you move your mouse over the price bar the "price marker" "disappears" while on NT 8 the "price market" stays visible and it is annoying while one trying to manipulate the chart via the price bar.

I do not have that checked and I can only move down initially, and I can only MOVE UP what I moved down.

MOVE UP doesn't work from the start.

I noticed that also........but figured out that if you hold the control key down and left click and hold on the chart you can move the chart any where - up, down, left or right.
