New Account Not Showing

I had two sim accounts set up with trial connections to Continuum and FXCM.
Last week, I funded the live NT futures account.
I just changed the Continuum connection from the sim credentials to the live Continuum credentials that NT sent me.
The live credentials get me the data but, still, only my sim accounts are showing up and not my live commodities account (Dorman).
Please tell me what I need to do.

Hello sgordet,

You will want to ensure that your live license key is placed in NinjaTrader.

NinjaTrader Control Center > Help > License Key (you may need to restart NinjaTrader)

Then go to NinjaTrader Control Center > File > Uncheck Global Simulation Mode

You will should now be able to select your live accounts under the Account Drop Down field in order entry windows like SuperDOM and Chart Trader.
