is there an easier way to add instruments to an instrument list other than manually typing it in? that seems like the quickest way to add instruments to a list. but then you have to know the exact contract names. otherwise you have to click add and then enter your symbol, and then search for it, then search for it again in the next popup, and then that only gives you the front month and none of the other contracts you may be looking for.

The Instrument window supports multi select, so you can hold down CTRL on your keyboard as you select instruments which will allow you to add multiple at a time. Please see this video for a demonstration;

thanks for the video, and that makes perfect sense. this does not work if you want to add all the contracts for CL for the upcoming year for example.
