Strategy analyse: data wrong after restart

After restart the numbers in the summary windows are wrong. It looks more like a general problem of storing the numbers with german settings (comma and point swapped)

I am currently unable to replicate this on my end. Had you left open the Strategy Analyzer results as part of your workspace when switching over to German, or could you please give me details steps on to reproduce?

Also, does it occur on the pre-installed Sample strategies as well?

I left the strategy analyzer open as part of the workspace when I closed NinjaTrader. Aftter restart the analyzer window opens with the wrong numbers.

I did not change the language settings, the workspace ist saved and loaded with german language settings active.

It also happens with the Sample stategies.

Values less than 1 are multiplied by 10000 (1.0 becomes 9976) and values over 1,000,000 alre multiplied by 10.

I'm currently not able to replicate this on my end, I've copied the steps I took below so you can see if I might be missing something.

1. Changed NinjaTrader 8 to German > Connect to Kinetick.
2. Open Strategy Analyzer > Ran a backtest, Sample MA Crossover on the ES 12-15 expiry
3. Took a screen shot of my results, restarted NinjaTrader.

On the restart, the results do match that of the backtest.

Looks awfully similar.
You need multiple things on the right side to have issue.

Mithnadril-look at your executions and see if they are duplicated x number of times.

It depends on the Windows settings. If I change the region to English (USA) then the values are the same after restart.

If Windows is set to the Region Germany with german number format, then the problem occurs. - is used for losses there and no parentheses, point and comma are swapped.

Note: If you see losses in () then USA settings are used - windows is not very clear there.

the values sharpe ration to R squared and the last block are quite different.

I'm so far unable to replicate this still with the regional settings altered as well, so I may look into this further, can you please write in to PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] Com along with your data base file?

The database file is found at My Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > db. The file will be called "NinjaTrader.sdf"
