As a test can you please go to Tools->Options->Market data->Global merge policy->Set to "Do not merge"->Click Ok.

Next can you please open a new Daily ES 12-15 chart with no template attached and let me know how long it takes to load the data.

If you set your merge policy back to "Merge back adjusted" and then open a new chart with not template attached can you tell me approximately how long it takes to load.
