contract months settings

Not a bug per say but quite

When creating new instruments or esiting existing ones, the setting of the "contract month" field is misleading (see yellow marker on screenshot attached)
We should not be able to pick up the date of month, only month and year, i.e. 12-15 nothing else is required.
So the popup form should accomodate itself for the purpose and not be a full calendar cause it can appear intriguing to manipulate the first time, not fully logic at first sight.

The date picker was used intentionally. Right now the specific date chosen should not affect anything -- it should just assign the chosen month. However, there may be a point in the future where the date does come into play, and we wanted to put something in place which would allow us to make that adjustment if that occurrs.
