NT8b6 crash on startup when not connected to internet

The title sums it up, i'm attaching an image of the error message.

Also, I'm still getting the error I reported in b5 whenever I load a new template onto a chart with global draw objects on it. The template loads despite the error, and there is no error message if I switch off global draw objects. Error message attached.

And a new bug: using control+left click to slide the Y-axis up and down, it works fine going down but now stops when going up.

I was able to reproduce the issue you reported when attempting to open NinjaTrader with no internet connection. I have forwarded this to our development team and will follow up as soon as a tracking number has been assigned.

I was able to reproduce the issue moving chart bars up within Beta 6 however I was no longer able to reproduce this issue within Beta 7. When Beta 7 is available can you please test again and let me know if you experience the same behavior.
