Drawing Tools using the wrong ChartScale

When using multiple indicators in the same panel the drawing tools will use the chart scale of the last added indicator and not the chart scale of the indicator with the right scale.

Steps to reproduce:
Open a chart.
Add Indicator like MACD with scale justification Right.
Add another indicator like ATR to the MACD panel with scale justification Overlay.
Use any drawing tool.

Drawing Tool will use the chart scale of the ATR and not the visible chart scale of the MACD.
