exception error

not sure what it means but here it is..





I saved the error details in a word doc if you want it.

the result of this is all my charts have this red X across them. I cannot reload their historical data either.

when I press ALT TAB I can see the chart data for any chart tabs I click on, but not when I view the actual tab it just has the red X

I see from the document detailing the error that you received that you sent in that you suffered a SharpDX and .NET unhandled exception close to the same time. Can you provide me with some details regarding your PC hardware? Additionally, can you also send in your trace files?

Your trace files will be located in your (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 8\trace folder. Just send all the files you see in that folder into platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader.com.

When you do so, just put the URL for this thread in the body of the message and the text "ATTN: Alex"

ok, I can`t send all the trace files & hardware config though there are over 16mb and attaching them is slow.

what about the last 2 days from the incident, like 21st, 20th..i`ll send those see how you go.
