Bug: Shapes attached to 'all charts' vanish on paused replay connection

Steps to reproduce

1. Connect to a replay connection, ensure connection is paused
2. Open two charts of same instrument for different timeframes
3. Draw a shape on one of the charts
4. Set the "Attach to" properties on the shape to "(instrument) All Charts"

Expected behavior:
- The shape appears on the other timeframe chart

Actual behavior:
- The shape vanishes, as do all shapes set to "all charts"
- Shape re-appears both charts when playback connection is un-paused.

Probably a related issue.....

The Global crosshair doesn't appear between charts when playback is paused, and when the playback is set to 1x the global cross hair is almost un-unsable - it refreshes every 1 second.

Edit: actually it doesn't matter what speed its set to - it still refreshes every second
