drop down menu does not dissapear

Hi there, I did a quick search and could not find anything related.

I've attached a couple of examples what happens.
The only way the drop down would dissapear when I shutdown NT8.

The NT8 "control" panel is minimized yet the menu is annoyingly stays there. I even can select still items and will generate a new object if requested.

env:
Win 8.1
NT8 B05 special for Rithmic connection with live accounts

I don't see this on my end. (Win7), (Connected to Playback).

Do you have the latest video drivers installed on your machine?

Are there some specific steps?
