Please add date, month and year to top of the window in NT8 as in NT7

You can enable this by right clicking on the chart and selecting Properties

Then in the Chart Properties window checking the box 'Show date range' and pressing OK

I am on NT7 and have looked through the Chart Properties 3 times and still can't find it ... am I missing something? Which section is it in?

You're using the wrong version of NT.

I couldn't find it myself in nt7, i set it once and never bothered with it again.
