Chart freeze at the end of the day

Hi,
Running NT8b5 24/7 on demo account I've encountered a chart freezing problem. Sometimes at the end of the sessions the charts stops refreshing. So when I look on chart the next day, the chart is freezed and the dot representing the connection status in the main window changes color to red. When I disconnect and connect again, charts are refreshed and they are working fine.
I've also noticed, that in trace and log files there are many SQL exceptions. I don't know, if it is related.

To clarify do you only see the freezing behavior when the connection status is Red or also when it is Green as well?

thank you for your interest. It seems, that connection status is red every time the chart freezes. But the question is why it is turning red? Sometimes it runs for several days without a problem, but sometimes the connection status can turn red every night. When I'm leaving my station for the night, I can't be ever sure what I will find in a morning.

This indicates that you have lost connection which I also seen within the diagnostic files you sent earlier. I have forwarded your information to our development team and I will follow up as soon as I gather additional information.
