Chart Panel top and bottom margin settings not saved in workspace template

Using ChartPanel properties right click menu, I changed the top and bottom margins of some indicator panels from the default of 6, saved the workspace, then shut down and restarted Ninjatrader 8b5.

After restart, the settings reverted to 6.

How about some sample code to accomplish this in code of an indicator.

Horizontal line amnesia

Similar problem with horizontal lines applied to charts with the pen tool. When the chart is refreshed, they disappear. They are not saved as part of chart templates. Nor in workspace templates.
Each time Ninjatrader is restarted they are all gone, no matter what I try.

This should be checked for other drawing objects Vertical lines seem to be OK.

I am unable to reproduce this in the most recent build of NinjaTrader 8

The disappearing horizontal line problem is not consistent. Sometimes they remain and sometimes they don't. Maybe something to do with another inconsistent behavior where sometimes, multiple horizontal lines applied to chart will have the same line number. Generally happens when lines dialog box is reopened to add lines when some already exist on the chart.

Been running a workspace with two tick replay charts and a bunch of multi-instrument indicators with added secondary BarsArrays. Performance is good! Charts do not seem to freeze up during those rarest of occurrences, fast markets.
