Syntax typo?

In reverse engineering @ChartMarkers.cs I came across this bit of code in "partial class Draw()":

             
if (time == Core.Globals.MinDate && time == Core.Globals.MinDate && barsAgo == int.MinValue)

time == Core.Globals.MinDate appears twice in the logic
