How do we serialize Font in NT 8 ?

If you're using the SimpleFont class, you do not need to do anything to serialize it

private NinjaTrader.Gui.Tools.SimpleFont font  = new NinjaTrader.Gui.Tools.SimpleFont("Arial", 14);

public NinjaTrader.Gui.Tools.SimpleFont MyFont
{
get { return font; }
set { font = value; }
}
