tabs not selectable in charting window

I`m finding sometimes when I`m dragging the chart interface around with CTRL DRAG and then tryto click one of my chart tabs at the bottom, the arrow key doesn't appear and the tabs are therefore not clickable..

I have to click back in the charting region and drag around the chart, then the arrow appears again to select the tab. not always but it has happened frequently enough.

just a glitch perhaps but a little annoying so thought I`d report it..

    Hello jitterbug,

Do you notice any consistency between the occurrences?

What cursor do you have selected in the tabs?

Are you able to reproduce if you create a brand new chart?

I am not able to reproduce it so far on my end. After dragging in a chart tab, I can select another chart tab each time without issue.

        hi Jason,
I'm finding consistently that when I try drag the charts around with CTRL that they have some kind of gravity effect where they continue in the direction of the drag after releasing them, they are quite unruly,

not when just dragging left and right, but when using CTRL to drag up down or diagonally.

I don`t find this problem with the MBtrading charts, they flow smoothly and come to a stop immediately when dragging in any direction.

perhaps the rendering code for this aspect needs a check?

(or maybe its just me I don`t know)..!

I do not experience such behavior on my end when dragging the data in the chart as you describe. Once I release my left mouse button, it stops moving.

I suggest to check if you have the latest graphic card drivers installed. You can find instructions to check your graphic drivers version at the link below.
This wikiHow teaches you how to update the drivers for your video card (also known as a "graphics card") on a Windows 7 computer. You can use your computer's built-in Device Manager to check online for video card updates; if you don't find...

yea I think it may be an issue with that and I`m using a core i3 processor so its not i7...
because when I swap regularly between the fxpro window and the control center, then to the chart, I find the chart is frozen and I cannot immediately click and drag it, I need to click it, then click and drag it... so obviously a system issue on my end.
