    6J TickSize

    The TickSize of the realtime data i receive is different from the TickSize of the historical data that is loaded from the historical data servers for the 6J Future.

    The historical data has double the TickSize of the realtime data.
    Datafeed is CQG.

      Any historical data between 09/21 and now has the wrong tick size.
      So basically any data that was downloaded from your historical data server. Older data has the correct tick size but was downloaded with NT7 and then imported.

      Realtime Ticksize would be 0.0000005.
      Historical Ticksize seems to be 0.000001.

      The attached image shows the volume profile indicator that visualizes the problem.

          Can you please confirm for us what historical data server you're connecting to? You can check this by going to the Log tab of the Control Center, and around the time you connected, it should say "Connecting to HDS server.." and will say either HDS5.NinjaTrader.com or HDS9.NinjaTrader.com

          HDS5 should have the correct tick sizes, we're looking into a potential issue with HDS9. If you're on HDS9, please restart, reconnect to CQG and it should connect you to HDS5. Once on HDS5, reload your data and it should come in correctly.

            Yes, i was connected to HDS9. Restarted and am now connected to HDS5. Reloaded historical data and the tick size is correct now.

              Glad to hear that - thank you for bringing the original issue to our attention, we'll have our back up data servers updated over upcoming weekend maintenance to ensure they're all recording in the same tick sizes.
