Installation package

I downloaded and installed V8 to my notebook Win 10 machine, no problem. Tried to download it to my Desktop Win 7 machine that also has V7 on it and get the Windows installer maessage This installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid window Installer package.. Any ideas on what is going on or why the problem and how to fix????

Hello Dean,

Do you experience the same if you close NinjaTrader 7?

Are you able to run the file from the downloads tab?

Do you experience the same if you use a different web browser to try and download?

Thanks, the answer is yes to the first tow but when I signed in with IE as opposed to Chrome I get to install OK So thank you very much.
