    Thank you for your post,

    Are you aware of any settings on your broker's end that may initiate a close of your connection?

    If these errors are persisting, please let me know the steps needed in order to reproduce on my end.

      No, this problem occurs spontaneously after NinjaTrader a long run.
      My settings is in the attachment...

        Hello svopex,

        Please write in to PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] Com along with your most recent log and trace files and a link to this forum post.

        You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Log folder.

        Attach all log files for days you have seen the error messages.

        You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder.

        Attach all log files for days you have seen the error messages.

          Thank you for your reply,

          I did just receive clarification from CQG regarding the disconnections;

          "Hi Eric,

          I have finally received some answers:

          On both 10/2 & 10/9 Messengers on Production were stopped for maintenance around 6pm US Central Time (that matches log off time for both dates below)

          This is normal maintenance time on Production for us.

          Sorry to have taken up so much time."

          So it looks like the errors were due to maintenance on CQG's end and would be expected around those times on Fridays. Thank you so much for reporting this, it really does help us identify future issues like this, and allows us to rule out it being an issue with the beta as well.
