Error loading historical data

    Error loading historical data

    I have an eSignal account connected with NT8.

    I can load historical data to 1-min charts, but only seem able to load real-time tick data to 1-tick charts (historical data is missing).

    Please see screenshots, both of which resulted from attempts to load 5 days of data. 1-min is fine. 1-tick does not load historical data; only real-time is loaded.

    Error says "Error on requesting bar series - no data available for bar request"
