Unhandled Exception Value does not fall within the expected range

I keep getting this error when i just go to the taskbar and have my cursor on the chart i want to open

there is nothing on that chart except for Range Bars no indicator

I am able to duplicate on Windows 8.1, but only if the chart is on a secondary display and not my primary display.

Two questions: what version of Windows are you using, and is it also when the chart is on a secondary display for you as well?

You are correct i only get this issue on the secondary monitor not on the main

PS i also loose the chart on the taskbar when moving from 1 to the other

I had this issue too on Windows 8.1 external monitor through HDMI
