Importing NT7 Strategy into NT8

So I get an error when trying to import an NT7 strategy into NT8... is this true that you cannot use an NT7 script with NT8? Does this go for indicators as well?

That is correct, NT7 scripts need to be converted to NT8 before you can import them without errors. Look at the NT8 help guide in the Code Breaking section under NinjaScript:
