Unable to connect to Rithmic in NT8

Connecting to Rithmic from N8 failed multiple times in a row, never worked.
Went back to NT7 - worked fine.
Tried NT8 again, another fail.
Since then, R-Trader and NT7 both are not allowing any connects to my Rithmic-account anymore, assume account is locked out now...

The issue has been reported on the forum thread below as well. Unfortunately Rithmic connections do not work in NT 8 B5 when a live license key is entered. It will work with the free license key.

Yes, likely the account is locked out. Please contact your broker to activate it again. I assume you have your Rithmic based account with Amp Futures as well.

Once your account is active again and you like to connect to Rithmic in NinjaTrader 8, please send us an email as per post #23 from the forum thread above to obtain a custom build that will fix this issue.

Connecting to Rithmic with the custom build was possible now, thanks. But there seems to be another problem now: historical data is loading extremely slow (takes minutes to populate a simple 5-Min-chart of the ES with no indicators) - and I don't get any historical data for today's active session (works fine in NT7).

For the moment I'll focus on trading (with NT7), will take a closer look to NT8 near or during the weekend.

Yes, loading historical data from our server in NinjaTrader 8 takes longer than usual. We are aware of the issue and are looking into it.
