    program not responding?

    I used the add horizontal line to all TF charts and the system did not like that and stopped responding and I had to shut charts down. I tried again and it would not load the workspace. i shut computer down and tried again no luck.. I went and downloaded it again off ninja website and still nothing. Need so help how to fix this.

    I'll just need a little more information.

    When you say "shut down charts," does that mean you closed the charts and then exited NinjaTrader, or could you please clarify?

    Also, when your're attempting to launch NinjaTrader now, are the chart's just saying "loading" or are there no charts in the workspace? If you receive an error, what does the error report?
