B5 not connect to Rithmic

      Thanks for testing, Jerry. Glad to hear you're connected, but sorry that B5 is giving you issues and we've so far been unable to reproduce. If you have not, can you please send in your log/traces for today so we can run these by our QA team to see what's going wrong?

        I did send them earlier to Riley but they did not include all the log and trace files after the reinstalls of B5 and then Install of B4 so I will send them.

          As per NinjaTrader_AlexC on another thread, this issue exist with live license keys... I've reinstalled B05 with sim key and that works, problem is I only see a Sim account not my other accounts.

            Having the same issue with B5....connecting to live Rithmic account....(have to get some stuff done, going back to B4 until I can find an answer)

              As atata pointed out, B5 does work with Sim account to which I had a problem in prior versions. So if you just want to test you can use Sim and in thinking about it possibly that is where the problem came from i.e. they fixed the Sim and Broke the Real.

                Thanks for the suggestion !! We may go back to B5 later in SIM...but we have already killed it and reinstalled B4 for now ..... (waiting to see what date NT puts out for a fix).

                  For anyone experiencing issues connecting to Rithmic and willing to test, we have generated a custom build which should resolve the issue. Please email us at platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and we can provide you the attempted fix before the next beta release.
