May I have a few more details about what was happening when the crash occured?

What instrument were you playing back?

What was the instrument, time, and date of the data that was playing back?

Did you have indicators or strategies on any charts?
(If so, are you able to reproduce this without any scripts running?)

I also, need your log and trace files. Can you send these using Help -> Mail to platform Support. In the email please add a link to this forum thread.
