OHLC Chart - Close tick

Hello,

When using OHLC charts the close tick is much larger in length compared to the open tick. See attached screenshot.

Please do not lengthen the open tick, shorten the close tick.

This is currently being worked on. Internal tracking tag is NTEIGHT-8817 should you wish to easily check on its progress in the future.
