Took my first live trade today with NT8. I had a preselected ATM with a 20 Stop and 20 target. Once I was up 10 ticks I decided to close the trade. So I had be close button on chart trader as I do with NT 7. Nothing happened. Luckily the trade went on up to the profit target and closed correctly. I had hit the chart trader close button several times but it did nothing.

Thank you for reporting this. So I may look into what occurred, please write in to PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] Com with a link to this forum post and the following information.
-The ATM strategy parameters used
-An Order ID and time of the orders
-That day's log and trace files
You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
The log file will be named "log.YYYYMMDD.txt"
You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
The trace file will be named "trace.YYYYMMDD.txt"
