Programmable button on chart

Would it be possible to create programmable button that could be labeled, with a selection of icons, on the chart or along the borders, to create quick keys on the chart?
Is this already possible and I am just unaware?

Buttons that act like quick keys enabling one clicks.
Ideally the button can:
Draw frequently used tools
Submit orders X amount of points above current price
Flatten everything
Etc…in the flexibility of buttons



Please excuse me if I overlooked this ability that might already exist.
