Time and Sales stops working

Hello,

I use IQFeed and it is the second consecutive day that the T&S stops working at 5:30 AM (Rome-Paris time).
I am running NT7 too on the same machine (both of them are connected to IQFeed): NT7 suffers no issue while NT8 stops retrieving any data...

In the image attached I report the freezed T&S...

Hi nientenickgraze,

Could you send in your log and trace files to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com so I may further investigate?
