How should an indicator make the chart refresh?

What is the best way to see the result of Draw.TextFixed(...)? I presume you need to refresh the chart.
    • I tried ChartControl.InvalidateVisual(); but that threw an exception saying another thread owned the object.
    • I'm actually using RemoveDrawObject(""); -- that works, but seems like a hack

What is the preferred way to ensure the text I just drew becomes visible?

ForceRefresh() is the recommended way, it's just a convience method which handles threading issues for you - http://ninjatrader.com/support/helpG...rcerefresh.htm
