Is there a way for me to modify my NT charts on my laptop, via my home network, using the chart files on my desktop?

Using sierra chart this is easy, because all the data is in one file that is easy to access. Looks more complex using NT?

Thanks for the post.

You can make a backup of the NinjaTrader on your desktop and then use that backup file to restore on your laptop. Your desktop's and laptop's installation of NinjaTrader would then be identical. Here is a detailed video guide:

Alternatively, you could copy your workspace and templates folders through your network to your laptop. These folders are located within (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7

Keep in mind if you use this second method, the laptop will need to have all of the same NinjaScript files so that your charts will load correctly. It is recommended that you use the backup and restore method.
