NT8 crashes on recompile (F5)

Im working on a modified version of the RegressionChannel indicator, to calculate a few extra parameters (R-squared, and a measure of the relative steepness of the slope, in percent).

Im not doing anything fancy here at all, but now NT8 is crashing (no error dialogs, just becomes unresponsive and needs to be killed in the Task Manager) when I make a change in the Editor and re-compile using F5.

I have tried putting this indicator in 'exclude from compiling', but to no avail - now it crashes when I F5 on a chart even with the default Regression Channel indicator loaded!

My next step is to start a new workspace to see if it solves the issue.

Any other suggestions??

EDIT: I just noticed this entry in the log file before each crash:

Failed to call 'Add' method: Write lock may not be acquired with read lock held. This pattern is prone to deadlocks. Please ensure that read locks are released before taking a write lock. If an upgrade is necessary use an upgrade lock in place of the read lock.

Can you send over your Log and Trace for the date you saw this error in the Log?

The files are located under (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 8\Log and Trace folders.
