    NT8 Froze after Playback of CL 06-15

    I got NT8 BETA3 into Playback mode and returned to Live but got the following error upon connecting to NTBroker:

    The only issue I can see that might be causing this is the CL 06-15 chart I had opened. I did have an indicator that needs both the Data/Depth data so that is not random for this application. After this error occurred, NT8 Froze and I couldn't exit. Had to kill the task. Started it up again, connected, got the same problem, had to kill task.

    I started NT8 again, this time changed CL 06-15 to CL 09-15 on the chart and then connected, got the same issue. Had to kill the task. Finally found what was causing the error. CL 06-15 was selected on my "Dynamic DOM" as well. Once I removed that and restarted the error didn't show. After I connected I changed the Instrument back to CL 06-15 and same error appeared.

    NTBroker is my data feed if you want to reproduce this issue.

    EDIT: I do want to add that it is past 8PM here and have the "no historical data available" still. So if you can't reproduce, it could be related to this same issue. I will try this again in the morning as well and report back if it happens outside of this 8PM to Midnight historical data blackout.

    Hello NJA_MC,

    Thank you for your post.

    While I am able to re-create the expected error messages for the 06-15 contract, I am unable to re-create the freeze.

    Do you have a workspace we could test this in?

      It doesn't hang for me since I have rebooted my system, could have been Graphical Resource issue as well. I will see if I can reproduce it, I have a few custom Indicators which use the OnRender(), I am not certain I am handling the Sharp resources properly yet.

          With the message "Failed to resolve instrument for market data: F.US.ENQ.M16 could not be resolved", this would indicate you are trying to load the NQ 06-16 instrument. Please use the NQ 09-16 instead.
