Unfriendly error message - tools->instruments->add

Hello sledge,

When I test it on my end, I experienced that unfriendly error as well. When I subsequently test it for another futures, I get the expected error (see screenshot). It seems to only occur for the first instrument you add. Any subsequent instrument you add generates the expected error.

Tools->Instruments->Add

Add DX (already in master list)

Fill out information so you can add it (future, nyse?, DX)

Click ok, "Unhandled exception: A duplicate value cannot be inserted into a unique index. [Table name = MasterInstruments, Constraint name= MasterInstruments_io0 ]
