Instrument, Instrument Lists, etc

Do these get updated automatically? or do I need to periodically go into the tools/database menu to update them?

They do not update automatically, if you wish to download the last instrument lists, templates, and other database items, you will need to navigate to Tools > Database, then left-click the Update buttons corresponding to the items you wish to update.

I would suggest having an option in the tools menu to have them update say once per week automatically on start up.

Add another vote. I had just assumed they were automatically kept up to date.. Please do add the ability to automatically keep them up to date.
