Request for NinjaScript Output window

The NinjaScript Output window should always be fully operational (if it is in view). I should always be able to do things like scroll that window.

As it is today, having the Indicators dialog up locks the NinjaScript Output window as well as everything else. Please figure out how to let me still scroll the output window so I can see my printing without having to first dismiss the dialog.

Thank you for your feedback. This is one item that is not likely to change in the near future, as it is the modality of the Indicators window that makes all other windows inaccessible. We've discussed changing the way we use modal windows, but we do not have plans to change which windows are modal at this time.

I understand the technical issue. Windows does not support any notion of partial modality.

Still, it would be a nice usability improvement for developers, so I hope you can make it happen in due time. When you do get around to it, the split I see is that a modal dialog should freeze the aspects of the GUI normally used (i.e. not special to developers) while leaving developer windows (e.g. text editor, output window) still usable.

Not critical, but nice when you can get to it.
